Hughes Safety Showers have signed a 12-month contract with Scottish NHS to supply our latest generation of emergency response shelters to hospital A&E departments across the country.
Following a CBRN or hazmat incident, the rigid frame shelter can be quickly erected outside a hospital to decontaminate casualties before they are admitted. The aim is to prevent contamination of the hospital, staff and patients.

As part of the contract, we will work closely with each hospital to identify the best location for the shelters and devise a suitable storage solution so that they are easily accessible and ready for immediate use.
